BONE STOCK 1998 Hard Top Z28

I'm looking at a BONE STOCK (from the lid to the exhaust tips and tape deck!) 1998 Chevy Camaro Z28.

Car is an Auto with only 25030 miles.

It's hard top, leather interior with cruise, fog lights, auto driver seat, theft deterrant...all that stuff.

Never wrecked, one owner, no dents or dings. Couple scratches on the rear bumper and the spoiler. Stock 16s.

Oh, and did I mention...BONE STOCK with only 25k miles?!?!

So, what's this thing's worth?

Whatever KBB is 'HIGH RETAIL' plus a grand or two would be a good deal with that kind of mileage and just one owner. Sounds like non-abused miles too with no mods but try to find out the history if possible. If you can get it for less, great! What are they asking? Is it within these parameters?

Dealer says it was for a lady that can't get into or out of anymore because of her age.

They were asking 8999.95. I got them down to 7500 and I'm paying an extra 800 to have it shipped from New Hampshire.

I bought another 98 Z28 around this time last year for 11,500 with 16k miles, so it's hard for to figure just how good of a deal I got.

It sounds like a GREAT deal from what you have stated. I sure would want to see the car before purchase though. The way sellers describe their cars is beyond reason at times so it is quite risky. I'm sure you checked Carfax at the very least which helps, but still is NOT 100% accurate. Best of luck, and if as nice as claimed you bought yourself one heck of a ride for CHEAP!

He actually had like 27 pics of the car on autotrader, then he took a bunch more to show me the scratches in the back because he didn't want to surprise me. In addition to the carfax I also had a GMVIS report check. It should be here in about a week, so hopefully everything checks out.
