Default What Should I pay? '00 TA 85k

Whats up guys,
I just got back from test driving a TA...

Specs:
2000 Black Trans Am
Non-Ram Air hood, but the car wasn't a Formula
85,000 miles
4 Speed Automatic

some of the stuff I noticed, Good & Bad:

DS headlight motor was not working properly.. (still spinning after it closed)
Dent in the Rear PS wheel
Dent in Rear DS quarter panel (size of a orange)
Dent in the Rear PS quarter panel, about 11" in length & 2.5" tall
Small scratch on spoiler
Deep & long vertical scratch on rear bumper

Interior was in great shape.
Leather seats.
T-tops
Stock
Everything looked clean under the hood
Transmission felt smooth
New tires
TCS

He's asking 7000, but said he's willing to work a little bit on the price.
What do you guys think its worth?

Thanks

yeah if you can get him around 6 grand that sounds like a good price if you're willing to settle for a non-ws6 automatic. i do body work and dents/scratchs are an easy fix. repaint for the quarter, spoiler, bumper should range from 400-800$ hopefully not any more than that. definately ALOT cheaper if you know a buddy who works at a body shop and can hook you up
