Wow! those look sexy. I plan on doing the same thing, putting some big ass wheels on and narrowing my rear.

can you get a quarter side shot of the rear without those nasty z28 stocks in the picture lol Oh and please take the pic as far away as possible to "take in" how nice that looks. I know they look beautiful especially in person but a further shot will showoff the dish much better. Sweet setup cant wait to do it to mine, now i just have to accidentally grenade my 10 bolt to have a decent excuse to do this haha i give you props on a job well done man

So did you wind up with going 2" on each side with a 5.5 bs wheel? I am thinking of getting another set myself and my rear is narrowed 2" per side. I was looking at reg. TTII's @ 17x11 w/ 5.5 BS.

why did you special order, summit has these in stock?

No, the backspacing is 5.75 & The rear end was cut 2-1/4 each side. I don't know where you saw Summit had the 17x11 with a 5.5 Bs in stock but everyone had to order this wheel with custom backspacing of any kind.

OK, thanks for the info. My BS SL are 5.5 bs and I just figured to use that as a starting point.

Summit has them listed but shows a ship date of 5/16 so I would assume they order them for shippment. With your spacing it seems like I would need to go with a different BS to get them to fit right? I was hoping to run my orginals wheels with a spacer but that didn't work out as planned since these are just going to be street rims only as well.

It's all in your preference & taste. We got these wheels to tuck inside the fender about 1/2'' without bumpstop removal, Spacer, BFH mod or any work to the inner fender. You could have them sit like a stock 17'' wheel with the 5.5 backspacing & a 2'' narrow rearend if thats what you want to do.

I'm attempting to go even further with this tt2, I'm getting a different set with a flat lip rather then the stepped lip. If the fitment is good & they look good I will keep them and sell these.

Well, i will buy if you do go that route. I could life with them like a stock wheel and I would want them to match the fronts more with the stepped lips. Thanks for the infor. I want dibs on those if you sell...lol

I Can understand what your saying but with the front lip being so small it wouldn't be that noticeable.

I'll keep you updated on the wheels, hopefully the new one's arrive shortly and they work out then I will let these go for Cheap!

Update!!! The long back order wait is over!

Got the front wheels and put them on, Here are some quick driveway shots. The Front wheels are 17x9.5 and the rear wheels are 17x12 with a 5'' backspacing. All polished with chrome barrels.
