This particular set I charged $75 per wheel with return shipping paid by the customer.

$75-100 per wheel is typical with me depending on the complexity of the job and the amount of prep work required(removing XX layers of factory paint/powder)

Of course. Chrome powder does not look like real chrome though since it must be clearcoated and the clear dulls it out, but its still very attractive looking. I do color matches, PM me if you want to discuss what is needed.

Here's a pretty good shot of a throttle body in chrome powder with clear from my gallery

It really doesn't. Powder is made of ground up resins and pigments, has the consistency of household dust in raw form, and is applied with an average thickness of 2mm per coat. Those street lites for example have what amounts to just over one coat..a wee bit of red shot just on the general area of the lip, then the black over everything. I'm not positive how to answer the question accurately, but I shot probably 1/4 pound of raw powder through the gun for each wheel, and you figure probably 50% of what is shot does not stick to the wheel and just ends up in the filters of the booth..if that helps give you an idea.

LOL, thanks man I appreciate it!

I don't have any pics of that on my site, but here's a link to one of my supplier's that makes the acrylic resin based clear that's meant for polished metal, they have some pictures. You don't even know it is there as you can see. Cool stuff.

Entire wheels are coated, including the barrels where the tire sits..not standard practice with all powder coaters, but it is with me..I have a complex about leaving bare metal

I like them

Damn Sean my wheel's look sick ass hell bro!!!!! I can't wait to get them here so I can put them on the car....
