315/30/19 would look good. You might be able to fit 325's on those. I have 19x10 in the rear, and am running 305/30/19 with no problems.

i have seen a 315 30 19 toyo t1s in person and that bitch was wide!
i dont know if that would fit with out mods.
i know a 275 30 19 is 25.5xx tall and thats whats required for our cars.
i have the 275's on the rear of my benz and the wheel is 9.5 wide so with an 11 wide wheel that would look to streched.
when you get in to 19's the tires are a bitch lol.
on and if ya want the 275's pm me i got some brand new general exclaims in the garage i want to sell.

I also have 305/30-19s on 19x10s. They are about 11.7" wide, and fit the wheelwells, of my Formula, perfect. By perfect, I mean the clearances are VERY CLOSE, but after lowering the rear about 1", I have not experienced any rubbing/scraping.
On a 19x11, the 305 tire should be about 12"-12.2" wide. I would think this is about the limit when it comes to clearance AND appearance. Any much wider and I would start to worry about rubbing, or too much tire sticking out (depending on wheel offset, or spacer/adapter selection).
I know guys run 315s, on 17s, all the time. But this is a little shorter overall combo, and they are usually pushing the outer limits and sometimes look like they stick out.
I believe the tiny amount of extra width a 315 might give you would not be worth the potential fitment issues it may cause. Plus, there is a good supply of used 305s (and 295s) on ebay, if you want to 'experiment' without spending a ton of money.
