Where the hell do the LCAs go when you put the minitub kit in? Badass wheels/ tire combo dude! And gorgeous TA!

They still fit. You can run a narrower LCA or use an offset bushing.

I remember a car exactly like that on ebay many years ago with the exact same wheels, offset, color, that had a stock lt1 in it but it had a 4 link rear. Would this be that car?

yes this car has a 4 link. it was on z28.com bout 5 years ago or so. i wish i would have bought it then, and now he wont sell it to me! lol!
