Rare

Just 2,244 Chevrolet Cameo's were made in 1957 and this is one of them. That makes this a relatively rare vehicle but, when you take into account the modifications made to it, this is one of a kind.

Engine

This model is over 60 years old, but it moves like a brand new truck thanks to the Corvette LS3 crate engine under the hood. It's been fitted with a carbon fiber intake cover, polished aluminum throttle body, and a Chevrolet Performance SuperMatic torque converter. All of this monster's 430 horsepower runs through a 4L65E automatic transmission.

Handling

When this Cameo comes to a corner it handles it with supreme confidence. It's been fitted with Flatout Engineering C4 Corvette 4-wheel aluminum independent suspension. It also has C4 Super Dana 44 HD independent rear suspension, so it stays surprisingly level around bends.

Wheels

The Foose 20-inch Nitrous polished 2-piece wheels with 1955 Corvette horn button center caps are easily one of the stand-out features on this truck. These rims contain a 4-wheel C5 Corvette power brake system by Baer. The 6-piston aluminum calipers bite down on 14-inch rotors, bringing this model to a brisk halt when needed.

Interior

Open the door and you'll be welcomed to 1960's Tuxedo Cadillac upholstery. From behind the wheel, you'll have a clear view of the Dakota digital dash gauge cluster, which sits behind the Stiletto carbon fiber and aluminum steering wheel. Look down and you'll see billet carbon fiber and aluminum pedals that don't just look great, they feel great too.

Exterior

This model's exterior is as beautiful as its interior. It's been finished in Corvette Black with White Gold Pearl accents. Out of all of this truck's features, the custom-crafted 1957 Bel Air hood rockets are arguably the stars of the show. Make your way to the rear and you'll be astonished by the condition of the black walnut solid wood bed.

Modern Touches

Although this truck has a retro feel, it's jam-packed with modern technology. It's been fitted with a RetroSound stereo, four Focal Audio speakers, and a 12-inch JBL subwoofer. Even with all this audio equipment, it's doubtful the owner will get tired of listening to the LS3 under the hood. New LED headlights and tail lights ensure there's no problem seeing the road ahead come nightfall.
