Turbo Technology v.60-1 LS1 Street System
)Here is the stainless steel manifold sitting in the jig.

This is the two piece v-banded cross over pipe. This cross over is flanged for a 38mm wastegate (Turbonetics or TiAL)

Here is a picture of the 2.5" downpipe (which is identical as the T76 Downpipe (to tell you the truth they are interchangeable); its also upgradable to a 3.00"

This part of the intercooler ducting. Not a lot of excitement here but it gives you an idea of what the parts look like before they show up on your door step.

Couple of things to consider here, this kit is a street system that retains your a/c and your power steering. This kit will make between 400-425RWHP maxed out (60-1). This kit was designed for the stock motor crowd that didn't want anything more. The smaller turbocharger (60-1) gave a fast response (not that the T76 doesn't, but in comparison) and the T76 gives you the ability to make over 600RWHP+. Remember the T76 kit still retains your A/C and power steering as well. If you want more then that its time to step up to a race system like Ryan K and Mighty Mouse

Its hard to build a best of both worlds (street and strip) turbo system but we've done what we can to get you close with our F Body kits

Great work, the detail that goes into your work is found few and far between.
Is there any chance a TC66/PT67 etc could be put in place for those who want to max out the factory short block at 500-550whp?

We are going to try something new on this kit as far as the turbo goes. I did some eavesdropping earlier when George and Bob were fabricating..

EDIT: I called Turbonetics and anything in a sixty cover SHOULD fit our systems

Some of these parts might be for sale next year. I'm going to be moving up to a T6 framed turbo (80 or 88) and I don't think one of those will fit where the current T4 T76 sits.

In the turbocharger pictures you see the sway bar spacers if you look close.

I took a picture of the crossover pipe in the original post and took another one with it half way installed

Next up is the alternator relocation bracket/kit. This can be purchased separately as well for $375.

And thats it for now...
