Thanks, I'm afraid the drain line wont drain right. I have the pan tapped on the front passengers side, the A/C compressor is right above it, the passengers side crossover is blocking it from the side and the front dosent look like it will work either. I knew it wouldnt be easy though.

Got a little more done yesterday.
Finished the drivers side of the crossover.

Tried to get as much clearance as I could for the 4" down pipe I plan to run so I had to make all these crazy bends.

Making a 45* fish mouth for the waste gate was fun.

For some reason I thought with this turbo I'd have more room, it fits OK but took up more room than I thought it should.

That actually looks like you have a lot of room. Relatively speaking when compared to other turbo setups.

I guess it could be worse, I have a 00 TTI twin turbo C5 here that I changed an AC line on and there is NO room at all, huge PITA!

Nice progress, hopefully some day, I can free up the funds to do such a build for myself (have done it for others).

I have a BMR turbo K-member, it will fit going over the rack & under the steering shaft. It definitly makes things much easier.

hmmm do you have pics of the k member installed. i would like to see how much room. you will lose ground clearance going on teh driver side though. i did mine down the pass side but you are keeping AC. i made the 4 inch fit through there. i used a spohm k member with solid motor mounts. i used an older bmr one and gained no clearance over a stock k member.

keep up the good work i like some of the ideas you have. very well thought out

I measured & it should work fine, one spot is a little tight by the rack boot but should fit with no problems. Here are the pics, they arent the best but you can get the general idea.

Do you mind posting up a detailed pic of how the pipe goes around the a/c compressor? Just curious to see how close it is or not.

Sure I'll get a pic up tonight, I had plenty of room with the K-member. I dont mind posting pics up, I learned a lot by looking at others pics and started a little collection of pics of Turbos/hotsides,intercoolers/cold sides, down pipes, & oiling. Hope my pics can help others like others pics helped me.

where did you get your flanges for your c6 header? I know stainless works sells the truck header flanges but I am having trouble finding the c6 2 bolt header flanges.
