Unfortunately, I heard it was a high priority for GM in the blower's design that it make no noise or be as silent as possible. It won't be screaming like any Cobras for the time being.

I wonder what sorta IATs they see on that ZR1 and what boost level is it at? I'm at 9psi on a new 6.0L and my IATs don't get over 115 degrees in 80 degree weather under boost. Cruising around the temps are actually in the 125 degree range and sitting in traffic I've seen them get up to 140 degrees. They fall pretty quick though once moving.

OMG, I agree... But the majority of the pussies that are the "market" of ZR-1 buyers would be "pestered" by the ruffian nuisance from under the hood.
