What do you have your shift points set to with that cam?
I am pretty sure 243s are 64cc and 241s are 66cc. Good numbers BTW. Go to the track and get the ones that count now.

Why wouldnt they be? The rods in the lq9 are the better than any lq4 or ls1 rod! Just put some aftermarket rodbolts in.

Hey mark, good numbers. This is Chad , i worked with you a few weeks ago.

My lq9 is going in my nova soon and with a very simular set up as yours , except I decided to go carbed. Same cam you are running (only because I am getting it free) and maybe getting a set of 243's for a killer deal. Good luck and hope it works out for you. Hopefully you can get your idle straight, You will more then likely need another tuner for that though.

I bought mine from latino motors in Donaldsonville. Sometimes he'll have a few LQ4s and the occasional LQ9.Sometimes time he wont have any.Luck of the draw. He'll deal with you also if he has one. Heres the number if ya intrested.

Latino motors (225) 473-8601. I also have an older number. 717-1711

Also google maps shows a different location than where i went too..Maybe they moved. Not sure.Same area though.lol

Thanks Chad. The 6.0 is still alive though i have some electrical gremlins.I keep popping the engine sensor fuses. It pops right when i crank it.So of course thats why my idle is crap.
Ive replaced the o2s and the o2 extension harnesses. The passenger side o2never did read even when the fuse had worked.Must be in the main harness.Fun Fun.

I also bought the PTC frmv th350/ss3600 i mentioned to ya.I'll deal without overdrive. It'll be worth it . Its not in the car yet though.Just saving for the BMR conversion crossmember torque arm mount.

Ill deal with the sensor mess after its installed.lol.And then maybe one day everything will work well long enough to run her at the track.

Not only that I'm pretty sure the LQ9 heads flow just as good as the LS6 heads.

That cam is the same as the TSP torquer 2, right? How does the engine feel down low?

cam is only the same at .050 as the tsp cam. much different everywhere else.

I have this cam and it feel ok down low but the f13 is better down low, this one pulls to a higher rpm. Both have there place.

If you like a lot of tq down low, the 13 is for you. above 4000 , this one is better then the 13 but still not a slouch below 4000 rpms. I have used both

what tires was this on ? you should run 11.3's or so with a little better traction. mph could be a little higher for the hp you posted but still doing pretty good for the first time to the track.
