GMMG Cars, clutch master cylinder?
GMMG Cars, clutch master cylinder? I know at different power levels the gmmg cars came with a stronger clutch respectively. I'm wondering if any of the cars has a special or aftermarket clutch master cylinder. I had a mcleod in my car which has full bolt ons and my mcleod died in a year... I'm wondering if the gmmg cars use the stock one and if people do the drill mod on them. I did the drill mod on mine when I had the mcleod in but I don't think it was worth the time it took to do it. The only repetitive problems I have out of my car are hydraulic ones. I talked to Matt Murphy at G12 about my situation and I figured out a little info. I asked if they heat wrap their hydraulic lines and he told me no. I definitely noticed a difference when I took my wrapping off and had to put it back on. Seems like my fluid is very sensitive to heat. I use DOT4 brake fluid in my clutch system too. I ended up very disappointed when my McLeod mc died because of the reputation it has. I've read that it is what is used in vipers and performance cars like that so I figured it has to be good...
Thunder Racing who sold me the mc told me that it should've lasted me longer and that it is a necessity to have an adjustable mc when using an aftermarket clutch. I've never heard that before. I love my car but I hate the hydraulics.

thanks for the reply. pII is 435HP? are you sure that it has the factory gm mc? If yours is running that then mine definitely can. I just really don't feel like spending $300 on an adjustable... Thanks again!
