After paint question
After paint question Car was wet sanded and buffed it looks like they didnt buff it well enough due to some haze on my door... what compound would you suggest for it? 3m Rubbing compound? And I would be using a PC...

That's a hard one to answer not seeing where it was off. Hate to steer you too rough or not enough. If you've got a semi shine with no swirl mark it could just need a liquid compound. There used to be one out when I was painting called 'Liquid Ebony'. Came in a squeeze bottle and did miracles on new paint. I've used it with a high speed buffer (grinder type) and used it hand rubbing. If this particular brand isn't still available I'm sure your paint store can get you something along this line. Hope this helped.
I had same problem.this place in tampa has menzerna polish they hooked me up with a pc,orange pad for compound,white pad for final polish.awesome products and paint was crystal clear (ppg paint).they also sell blackfire sealant that gave it a wet look and deep shine(use red pad for this)..if you go to youtube and search for menzerna u will see results.
It cant hurt anything unless you sit in one spot with the buffer.... But chances are its cause they didn't wet sand and buff properly, they prolly didn't want one really shiny door and the rest a little dull. Try the glaze and update us.

It all depends on what it looks like. If you can still see sandscratches from wet sanding and its hazy looking use a medium compound like 3m 6011 then glaze. If its just hazy then you can use a finesse it product or foam pad glaze.
