Does anyone No-lift power shift their V.
It almost seems like the throttle actuator closes the throttle when the clutch is depressed, then delays for a split second reopening the butterfly?
I am wondering if anyone has felt his before. Or if not maybe I have a problem elsewhere, Clutch actuator? But it doesn't over-rev or bounce off of the limiter.

Its like the PCM sees the clutch being depressed and with no change in throttle it must back off the opening angle on the throttle body then when it gets a signal from the clutch switch that the clutch is out it goes back to 100% throttle angle.
Its more prevalent on the 2-3 and 3-4 upshifts. 1-2 it doesn't seem to delay.

After driving it during lunch break and trying the 2-3 power shift I came to the quick conclusion that regardless of the quirks of the CTS-V I really LOVE THIS CAR!
I have longed for this car since it came out and raced in 2004. Its a perfect blend of luxury and badass. So I guess I will have to live with its minor pitfalls.
On my V I have done a few abusive shifts and noticed a whole lot of drivetrain twist. I think this is the motor mounts squishing around and it feels like a delay.
If it were a good idea, the manufacturers would have been all over it along time ago.
Use the clutch, its there for a reason.
