Its that time again. Time for a bbq meet organized by yours truely for the 5th year in a row
With bbq meets stemming from the roots of the infamous accord/acura meets and bbq meets, this meet is set to be better than ever with the addition of another OG that will be helping us by regulating the parking lot.

Please drop by with yourself or with your crew and have a good time but also enjoy the food that will be cooked by the same people who have been barbecuing for the past bbq meets.

TIME: NOON-6PM, 12/14/08 (Sunday)

LOCATION: Bear Creek Park (NW Houston) Pavilion #1

Please donate ($US) before you eat, do not bring food or drinks unless we ask for anyone to bring food. We will have food and drinks set up, all you need to do is donate generously. This bbq will be hosted by Me(Thanh), Ormand, Viet, Buddha and JohnP. Eat some good food, look at the cars, enjoy the scene and people around you. Our meets are friendly and everyone gets along.

PARTICIPANTS: YOU, especially old faces that have been to past accord/acura meets!

PARKING: park how you want to park, park with your team, car make/model and what not. we have roughly over 50 parking spots in front of the pavilion. It has a very good scenery for taking pictures. show up promptly at noon for the best spots.

ON THE MENU: Burgers, hotdogs, chicken, fajitas(maybe) and fries(maybe) and refreshments. Burgers will be marinated and topped with bacon while supplies last.

Entertainment: Bring a Football or volleyball. There are volleyball posts, you will need a net in order to play. We also do have electricity, feel free to bring a tv or radio and watch/listen the games or music.
Donations: Myself and a few others will be using a large sum of money to get this started. All we need from you is a small donation. Anywhere from a few bucks or how ever much you choose to eat. please keep in mind there are plenty other people that will be eating also. A donation box will be available for contributions.

Raffles: We had raffles last time but this time we are bringing it back with chances to win GAS CARDS!

-If you want to donate before the meet. let me know! I'll try to arrange something.
-Bring out them cameras. PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!!
-Do Not create a discussion thread.

-This is our way of giving back to the scene, please don't ruin it for others!

RULES!!!!
1. NO SPEEDING/REVING/BURNING OUT! There will be security/cops at the park.
2. NO LOUD MUSIC!!!

4. NO GLASS BOTTLES!!!
5. TRASH: all trash in trash cans.
6. EAT/DRINK in your area, clean your area.
7. Simply Put. DONT MESS WITH THE PARK

Tomorrow is THE DAY we have all been waiting for!

**REMINDER** No alcohol and no racing! The area is well-policed and the park has it's own security every year.

We will be raffling off items (2-3 gas cards, possibly www.ormand.net tshirts, stickers, etc.) at about 3:30pm...visit the www.ormand.net area to sign up for the raffle Raffle tickets are $1 and include an ormand.net sticker (**while supplies last)

We have had a few requests for food - ie: ribs, brisket, etc. If you would like to bring your own meat, feel free to do so...our BBQ pit is large. We plan on having burgers, hot dogs, fajitas, bbq chicken, plenty of drinks and a few other things.

The BBQ meet was a success! Great food, great people, great cars I estimated over 150 cars and over 200 people attended. 25lbs of burgers, over 100 hot dogs, several pounds of fajitas, sausages, and 8 whole chickens were cooked and eaten

I went, and none of my F body friends showed up. All i got was a couple dirty looks...The group i went with was a black TA and a silver Cobra, and my car
