You need to back away from the car until you can hook up all of the sensors and pull the codes that are being thrown. You can talk about it, think about and dream aabout it all you want but until you have all of the sensors in place and are able to pull the codes yo will not accomplish anything except likely causing a lot of wear on your engine. Yoou will also need to find someone to program the ECU to deal with your set up once you can see what is going on in there.

Ok, UPDATES:

I installed an ECT, and the OBD2 connecter and I found out the codes, here they go...

P0102: Mass Air Flow, Sensor circuit low frequency
P0354: Ignition Coil 4 Control Circuit
P0443: Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge Solenoid Control Circuit
P0463: Fuel Level Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage
P0480: Cooling Fan Relay 1 control Circuit
P0481: Cooling Fan replay 2 control circuit or cooling fan relay 2 and 3 control circuit
P0719: Brake Switch Circuit Low Voltage
P0740: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) enable solenoid control circuit
P0753: 1-2 shift solenoid control circuit
P0758: 2-3 shift solenoid control circuit
P0785: Shift Timing Solenoid
P1545: Air Conditioning (A/C) clutch Relay Control Circuit
P1860: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) PWM solenoid control Circuit

I guess those are alot of problems... so where should I start... what should I check for each...?!

whouldn't the gearbox stay in 3th gear (limp mode?) due to all this, that might explain why you can't spin in 1st gear ??

nope, I actually can shift down to first... and still the car won't spin, its still extremely very rich... to the extent I sometimes feel backfires comming from the front side not the exhaust tail pipe... I cleared all the codes, and im going for another scan tomorow to see if they come back on... (don't have check engine light)

and by the way, when these codes come out, could it mean that wiring isn't done right? or since they are shown that means they are connected right but malfunctioning?!

You can get low voltage codes if they are wired wrong, not plugged in, or non existant. I would twiple and quadruple check your wiring, plugs, etc.

With all those unrelated codes, I would bet a case of good beer that you either are missing a power, ground, or a 5V reference. Graba service manual and check out the circuits. Find the nearaest sensor that's throwing a code and check continuity to ground, see if it has 12V, and go from there. If you do not know how to do this, grab a $40 multimeter from Sears and check back in here.

In D yes, but pulling the shifter into 1 uses a completely different hydraulic circuit, so 1st is possible if you shift it there.

I read through your thread. If you are looking for compatible parts in the Middle East, I gotta ask. Can you buy a Chevrolet Lumina or Caprice in Lebanon? They run GenIII and GenIV SMall blocks, aka very similar cousins to your LS1.. In fact the 2003-2004 Lumina and Caprice is basically a 2001-2002 Camaro LS1 with a different oilpan, and very few other differences in sensors.

What year Camaro did you get the motor out of?

yeah bro ur right... but no in lebanon the company never got any "sport cars" as they call them... anything over 4 cyl is sporty to those idiots... Im half Saudi half lebanese, and used to live in Jeddah - KSA all my life, and I know how many parts I can find there... and thats ALOT, I can bet we have more LS1's in KSA than in the States... but my biggest problem is that the dealership in lebanon is charging me so much I consider them non exsistant... let me give u examples...

Dipstick engine for GTO oil pan: 199$
PCV: 420$
PCV valve: 37$

this is absured... they are dumb, they think they are selling jewlery... so Im getting everything abroad... anyhow I nearly have everything now, But what Im sure off is that my wiring isn't done right, because alot of torn wires where there when I first got the harness from the donor car (1998 Camaro) which I made an electrician soilder them together, which I doubt he did... he probably twisted them together... and put plaster around them... so what I think Im going to do is the following... unplug all the harness out of my car, and soilder everything I find cut or twisted together by that electrician...

isn't it better if I just unplug my whole harness take it out of the car, get it all rechecked and then back to the car?!

Looks like I'm in the same boat you are. Somwhat, I only have a fraction of the codes you have. I'm getting these. I did have to rewire the trans using a new harness. So I am thinking I got something not hooked up or done incorrectly. Funny though, I figure if I had something wired up wrong I would get the P0758 code for the 2-3 solenoid also.

On all the other codes you have with the exception of the MAF and cooling fans, they seem pointless since you probably don't have that stuff hooked up and still need a PCM tune to get rid of them, like I did.

P0740: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) enable solenoid control circuit
P0753: 1-2 shift solenoid control circuit
P0785: Shift Timing Solenoid
P1860: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) PWM solenoid control Circuit

yeah thats true, I need some codes cleaned out... I cleared them, but eventually they are comming back, how can I delete them?!

So would you recomend that I actually try to redo the wiring? or should I just go with a new one?!

Getting PCM tuned will eliminate some of the stuff you are getting, but not the trans codes. Everything I have seen or found points towards the trans connector. MAke sure that is clean and making good contact, no broken wires, fluids topped off, fuses powered etc....

I believe AIR reffers to the smog pump used for emmissions. When an engine first starts there is a pump that pumps air into the exhaust which introduces more oxygen into the mix since its still runing in open loop (not using 02s yet) and this allows the catalytic material in the catalytic converter to heat up quicker thus keeping the emmissions lower even on cold start ups.

You need to tune it out of the ECU. Alot of people remoce AIR and EGR from their vehicles. They are just emmission devices.
