Default Hydroboost

Modified hydroboost. I cut the stock eyelet off the BMW booster and welded it to the hydroboost. Its a bit ugly... but it actually works really well. For those that are wondering of the hydroboost conversion is worth it- YES! The car stops so well its amazing!

Default E46 M3 drivers seat installed

E46 M3 drivers seat installed. It sits significantly lower than the E36 seat did... good info for you really tall guys. Mine are power, so I can adjust the Height, back, bolsters, etc. Well worth the upgrade!

Looking really good man! I think the G8 covers look great on the engine too. The pics give me encouragement to finish mine up!

It came out well. I built a bracket that I welded to the frame rail. Steering feels just like stock.

Yes all factory gauges work. The information center is a different story... I did 2.5" out of the headers and ran them to a single 3" y-pipe. The muffler is a magnaflow & I ran a single high flow cat. Its way too loud.... but it sounds mean as hell!

Default 1st Kill

Ok gents, I know there is a specific section for "KILLS" but I have to brag a little!

On the way home from work there was an Mercedes E55 AMG racing a Mitsubish EVO. The EVO lost, I decided to get stupid. We went from about 65 mph. I stayed on him up to about 90 in 5th and decided 4th was more appropriate. I caught him at 100, passed him at 110, and put about 6-8 cars between us at 140. I was laughing my *** off wondering what was going through his head!

After looking at this closer, the G8 cover doesn't let the hood close. It is just a little too tall!

unnatrl,

I work over at Acura of Reno. One day I was outside and I heard a V8 coming down S. Virgina. I was thinking it was a Z06 or something and it was one of the strangest things I've seen, your car. I googled it and found this site. You have to bring your car by sometime so I can take a peek. I have an E36 Euro Spec M3 I imported years ago which I stripped and making way for an LS7. Would love to see your car.

Regards,
Chris

I will definitely bring it by. My buddy works across the street at Bill Pearce and keeps bugging me to bring it in & complain the exhaust seems too loud... I'm guessing it may get a few weird looks

Hey, could you post up some pictures of how your steering shaft turned out? I have a good idea of how I'm going to do mine, but it's always good to see other people did it. Also, maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any part numbers for the headers you are using. I was looking at the Sanderson's and wanted to compare them with yours. Thanks

I used the hooker block hugger headers. There are only 2 part #'s, one for coated and one for non coated. I dont have the part # off the top of my head...

I will get some pics of the steering shaft.

I love it.
Would love to know more about your hydroboost, headers, and steering shaft setup.
Looks great, I'm drooling.
