which ones: L92, LS9 or 6.0 head gaskets
I have been following veee8's thread about the LS9 gaskets, but the bore size scares me a little bit.
any insight, recommendations is much appreciated.
My combo is a 370 iron block motor with L92's heads planning on running around 14 to 18 psi. BTW i am aware of the thinner deck height on the L92's, lol.
thanks in advance guys

I think the 7 layers were developed to give more cushion to the higher cylinder pressures present with forced induction, ie. the ZR1. I would imagine if the 5 layers would have worked, why would they develop to 7's?
Probably not a whole lot different between the 2, but there must be a reason.
i like and will keep my cathredral port heads. sorry to hijack.
I have no idea on number of layers, but for my 6.0L I would rather have the 4.020" bore on the gasket and the .051" thickness, instead of a 4.080" bore and .055" thickness.
Its only .1 point of compression most likely, but Ill take it.
