I got my Lingenfelter CNC LS3 heads..
#5364 castings, I sent them my GM #12569427 hollow stem LS3 valves and they finished everything off, including hand blending the bowl area. I had them milled .030" to a 69cc chamber after porting. I cant wait to get this thing back together!!

Go with the 223/231. I run a 224/235/610/620/115 and it idles perfect in an A6, I wish I would have gone a bit bigger actually (230/240). My plan was LS3 heads as well with a 150 shot, as the reason for the big split. Ended up with TEA 243's but kept the split for the N20.

Initially I was going for the 215/223 LSR cam to keep it as quiet as possible but yet have all kinds of Torque and power.
Ive run a 215/223 LSK lobed cam before and it didnt reach peak power until 7200RPM in a 5.7L, and I have no intention of turing more then 7000. Larger just means louder and more obnoxious. I want tame and easy to drive, that's why I made sure to get great heads to help make lots of power without having much camshaft.

That's far too logical a way to think.
If you go with the flow, you have to buy the biggest cam you can find (coz big numbers mean something) ....f+^k the heads.
Then when yer done say "Hello bucking bronco!"
Ah, no problem amigo, ...just patch it up with a looser converter and or some magic tuning software.

I don't wanna hear anymore about these piddling pea-shooter cams, okay!
