TSP response time???

TSP response time??? i know this prolly doesn't belong in here but i figured i def would get a response. i pm'ed jon from tsp about a h/c combo bout a week ago, no response. ok, they are busy/inbox full/shoulda e-mailed them. so i e-mail jon the other day asking same question, still no response. i'm not trying to be a dick or spread bad stuff, i just would like a response. i've already bought gears and a pulley from them, and def will be buying my heads/cam from them, so i was hoping they might jump on the opportunity to start a little customer relationship. i would call but i'm in iraq and phone use is limited. so, TSP, any response?
Just be patient man some times it takes a while for people to get back to you.. The guy that is specing my cam for my new motor took almost a month to get back with me the first time then another 3 weeks after the second e-mail. If they want your buisness they will respond and if they don't within a few weeks just contact someone else. You lose nothing..

Same here man, im in afghanistan, cant call them, but have pm'ed and emailed them and no response. this was over 2 weeks ago.

ok, got everything squared away. sorry bout the mini rant, i'm kinda impatient. but anyways, i understand you guys are really busy so i wasn't trying to bring any negativity upon tsp. looking forward to doing much more business with tsp as i've heard nothing but great things!!!
