You're talking about my borrowed draglites? They are ugly as **** on my car, so if you were out to hurt my feelings you're gonna have to try harder than that.

I don't know. I'm talking about a 7.20s car against a 7.40s car. Plus I don't see any 10 second cars here. Well, except for Chrs1313.

Skinnies are the way to go. It cuts down on that unsprung weight. I guess if you are a serious racer you like the look. And if your an X-ricer *** stuck in the 11 second club forever, then you probably don't.

honestly.. im trying to get out with little as possible with suspension.. ill do the minimum... see if i hook.. if i do... when i start spinning again, i will start looking for more suspension.. just no reason to keep adding suspension and spending money if im not seeing any better 60s..
You had the same outlook as I did when I was SI too…and for SI all I had was SFC’s, rear LCA’s, and an airlift airbag in rear passenger spring with 35 psi, and it work enough to get me a 1.54 with a 3600 stall in great DA…usually on an average day it was high 1.5x’s…but when you start pulling low 1.6s and high 1.5s 60fts you will start to bend your clamshell for you tq arm pretty good…

After I added the power from the cam the air bag didn’t help, and even when I switched to a 1” solid spohn rear sway bar it still was unloading…so the reason I recommend a rear drag bar (mine in a spohn bolt in) was to save you the time and hassle of buying and selling parts after you add more power…good luck man…

if you think my car is a 7.2s car.. meet up with me friday.... you wont be racing a 7.2 car..

and i believe you wanted to run 1/4, no?

which in that case.. judging by trap speeds, you wouldnt like to see the outcome... 11.7 is the best pass to date, no?

come talk **** when you have something worth it... ill post up my new time slip after friday..

i get what your saying.. but for 40 bucks i really cant beat it if it hooks me at this level.. i am also going to buy a torque arm within the week...
when i start spinning again because of power then i will go to drag sway bar panhard and LCAs...

out of curiosity, how much did you spend on yours?

Well, I was talking about running you 3 months ago with my 7.4s car and as of whenever you posted this **** it you had a 7.2s car. It doesn't matter what you think you're car can/will do when you get it right, it matters what it actually does.

Why you even posted these shitty times is beyond me unless you really thought it was impressive. If I put together a car heads/cam with your weight on ET streets only that didn't run out of the 7s, I wouldn't tell anyone.

Please post your unimpressive results after Friday, video too please. I'd love to see this car that was running high 6s/10s in January still not be able to pull it off at the end of April. Hell, even if you do hit 6.9s that you're dreaming of, it is still less than impressive with your setup.

Good luck.

ummm.. i havent changed a thing on my car since we have talked... its the same exact car.. i dont have to speak for my car... it does for itself... a 7.2 with a 1.59 sixty and a 94.9mph trap... that right there should show you what the car is capable of.. if it doesnt, you need to pay attention some more..

i post everytime i go to the track... regardless of what my times are.. and you do realize we are running at two seperate tracks right... come run at huntsville and watch your 7.4 turn into a 7.7-7.8.. ask around.. it is NOT known for its times..

dreaming of 6.9s....

i so wish you would come run this measly 7.2 car... 1/8 1/4 street roll dig... whatever you want... my offer still stands, and i still say i will drag your *** up and down the track....

it also still stands.. if you wanna talk, take it to my visitor messages or PMs.. better yet, when you get something worth talking **** about...

Who cares what it's capable of, if it doesn't do it? You're track might not be a fast one. Post up the elevation, temp and DA.

I just went to the local 1/8 mile track last Thursday.
I ran:
7.441 @ 91.01, 1.538 - 60'
7.444 @ 90.84, 1.540 - 60'
7.453 @ 91.09, 1.557 - 60'
7.520 @ 90.88, 1.590 - 60' <-- (spun)

You can also click my sig pic for my video (with full break down of times) of my car back in January. Also watch closely as it pulls the wheel a little like the pitiful bolt on car that it is.

Do something impressive and I'll give you the respect you deserve.

Want to show me the real potential? Then go to a 1/4 mile track and just barely fall short of the 10 second run that you promised me back in January, from your 420rwhp >3200lbs car.

Also since you obviously looked at the stock internals list did you happen to notice how close to the bottom I was?

Until it gets updated again, I'm currently 47th. Which I would say is a good place to be since I don't even have headers, but that means that there are a whole slew of bolt on cars that are running roughly the same or better 1/8 that you. Maybe you should find one of those fast tracks that us SI guys use, instead of the one you go to.
