Really depends on the $ you want to spend.
Guys have made BIG power on the compstar rods, Diamond pistons, stock crank
REALLY BIG power usually requires something like Oliver billet rods, Wiseco (Turbo) pistons, and a crank like (Sonny Bryant, Callies magnum XL, Callies Dragonslayer)

900+HP, Twin Turbo, or Supercharged. How do the products from SCAT hold up?

I would say ehhhhh on the scat stuff.... Atleast go with the compstars w ARP2000 bolts. Those are the cheapest rods I would go with for 900+
The Lunati Pro-billet are nice.
The GRP aluminum's that are in Fireball's BAD *** Virginia speed motor are only good for so many runs as I understand it. All the 1500rwhp and up guys usually use the Aluminum ones

for 1000 hp engines i usually run the compstar crank and rods, they really work good with no issues. If it's going to be a high rpm engine i'll run the callies dragonslayer crank with the compstar hd rods or the lunati billet rods

Excuse me if i am wrong but the Callies Magnum XL CrankShaft, i though that was for N/A motors because of it's weight and design.

Good internals for 1000hp IMO would be:
Compstar/Dragonslayer Crank
Callies H beam Rods
Diamond/JE/Wiseco Pistons

But i have heard of guys pushing thoes parts ALOT farther!
Also, if you are doing a budget build try using the factory crankshaft. If you are doing a budget build you might want to look in "The Real Price of FI"

Goodluck.

Pistons and rods that i have used for high hp/tq turbo setups is CROWER Rods and weisco pistons. Both brands worked great without a hicup. I am now going to try manleys new turbo piston with teflon coated skirts and manley rods. You already got the cranks listed/ I never used a forged crank so i will not chime in on that. Good luck with your build.

lightweight don't necessarily mean N/A.

when we tore down the motor over the winter, there was zero evidence of crank flex even at ~1400 FWHP
