Default custom powder coated billet spec. street lites, pics

Just finished these up for an LS1Tech member.

The red ring is done in powder, not vinyl or paint, etc. Red is super durable wet red, black is super durable wet black..powders have 3 times the abrasive and UV resistance of normal powders, its what I usually use for wheels. Entire wheels are coated, including the barrels where the tire sits..not standard practice with all powder coaters, but it is with me..I have a complex about leaving bare metal

I like them

Few other wheels I've done in the last week or so.

Ducati motorcycle wheels

Some old 14" steel wheels going on some real small vintage car..they were really bad but I got them in shape(primer, two coats of white, clear)

18" wheels going on a turbo VW..satin black with primer first for added strength

I'm anxious to see those BS's on a car. My buddy tried to talk me into doing the centers of mine, they were just too pretty to mess with though.

Nice work, as always!

LOL..a buddy stopped by while I was media blasting them to prep for powder and he was like dude are you blasting polished billet wheels?? He about had a heart attack until I told him they were going to be a solid color and needed to be blasted for proper adhesion lol. Yes, they were pretty polished, but you should see these things in person with the black and red..sexy.

Thanks everyone, glad you like them

LCpl---I have lots of CA customers. Its worth the effort to ship parts if you get the work done right These street lites belong to an out of state customer actually.

Very, very nice! I had been wanting to do that for awhile but never could get the money to afford the wheels. Glad to see they look as good in final product as they did in my mind. Maybe one day still.

I can work with any wheel and make anything you want happen one way or another For shipping just go to UPS.com and put the weight of the wheel in on the shipping estimate, my zip is 60008. Figure one wheel in each box, so 4 packages at XXX weight. Any light scuffing, etc is going to go away when I media blast them. Minor curb rash I typically can deal with..real bad stuff I might not be able to get perfect.

Cost is really dependent on the wheel size, current finish(paint, powder, etc) and the difficulty of what you want done. Best to PM or call about it. 847-561-4361 is where I can be reached.

Sean

Thanks for the positive comments guys
