Stock engines usually throw the EGR code. Its meaningless if thats it. Go to Advance Auto or PepBoys and they'll check the code for free, and clear that SES light. If its the EGR code, forget about it.
I had that thing come on about 3 years after I had my car. Had it cleared and it never came back on.
