With where you live, I would go with stainless steel.
Pacesetters are a good budget choice for coated.
If you can afford it, I would go Kooks.
I have heard good things about ARH as well, but have no experience with them.
I have had good luck installing Kooks. Pacesetters have been hit or miss. Quality control does not seem to always be there. I think they are more good than bad, but I have seen ones that need massaging to get in.
