Default People with 19's in the rear please chime in...

So, I want to order a set of Z06 Sypder rims. I don't know if I can make this work...

18x8.5 +56mm / R: 19x10 +56mm (for C5)

or if I need to just use the front rim from above and rear rim from this combo...

17x8.5 +49mm / R: 18x9.5 +57mm (for C5)

I was considering the 19's just to make the car look more modern but screw that if it will cause me to do a mini-tub... Slight fender roll is fine though... Thoughts?

Oh, here's a chop...

Thumbs up

In the rear, 1/4" spacers and ARP studs with the 19 x 10's will give those wheels a +49 to +50 offset, which should keep you from having to do any inner fender mods.

Up front, they should mount up with no clearance issues without using any spacers.

IMO, those wheels look good, but would look better in silver, black, or NBM!

^^I'm running a 5/16" spacer on the rear now for the factory Z06 rims... That should be good enough right (I have studs)?

I'm getting the grey but can always powdercoat a different color later

Yeah that should work great, that would would work out to a +48 offset. Sounds good to me!

do the same size all around IMO. F-bodies don't look right with staggered size in diameter rims IMO. 2 cents.... 18's all around or 19s all around.

Very True!
IMO, the only way a 18/19 staggered setup will look right is to run a tire in the rear with a equal, or greater sidewall height then the front tires.

I have (C6 ZO6) 19x11s in the rear 325/30 and 18x9s (i may be wrong on the front width tho) with a 245/40 tire and i love the way it looks! I got the rears on craigslist and the fronts from Tomswheels. the guy on craigslist had the rears on his C5. he said they shipped (C6 ZO6) rims for the correct backspacing for his car and the backspacing was all wrong. I saw them on his car they were atleast a quarter of an inch outside of his wheewells. i had to order 15mm hubcentric spacers from Eibach (took two months!!) to make it worth and trust me ALOT of BFH!

I'm running OEM C6 19x10s on all four corners, but it is a Firebird. No rubbing or clearance problems after manipulating the front plastic inner wheelwell. Did not have to roll the rear fender lip.

With 79mm offset, I used 1" spacer on the fronts, 1.50" for the rears (1.25" might be better for a Camaro, so yeah... 48-50mm for a final rear offset).

I am lowered about 1"-1.25", with 295s and 305s, so it can be done with a few minor mods and quality springs/shocks/suspension.

Used 19s on eBay are fairly cheap. You can experiment with certain sizes (some are more common than others) without blowing your budget, allowing you to error on the side of 'too big?' and not worry about rubbing/scraping new/expensive tires. Also, you don't have to stop yourself if you get the rears spinning .
I have over $2,000 worth of PS2s on my car, but only spent about $500.

^^Not a bad idea...

Devin, I'll check them in a little bit. PM's I usually get to at the end of the day (clear the box out) due to the volume... thanks though.

I'm going to say that the staggered look is ugly, and please stay away. But it's your car, so do what you want.

That photochop looks awesome. I was kind of wondering what the spyder wheels would look like on a Camaro. If I didn't want deep dish wheels so bad, I would've ended up getting those instead of my C5 deep dishes, having seen this.
