Fast 102mm Intake--Real Results --NO BS
The ported LS7 intake apparently is solid. Thanks for posting this real world test. Subscribing for future porting results.

But maybe with the bigger TB and you doing an all-out port job on the intake you will get some results.
After taking a closer look, you picked up some between 3800 and 4200 and then again at 6700-6900.
Curious as to the difference in conditions between the 2 runs?
Thanks for the HONEST numbers. Glad to see the numbers unfudged to post facts, vs fudged to sell intakes that as is don't make power across the board vs the ported ls7 intake.

As for the FAST 102 being worthwhile, independant testing such as Ragin's and company will be the real test and we may find that adding the 100mm TB may not do the trick.....but with the proper heads, cam profile, and exhaust as long as there is not a bottle neck or restriction in any of the key areas, I suspect we will see these make good power. If not, it will be a first for the FAST line of intake manifolds.

Made some good gains, but...........
Still not an apples to apples comparison because when they tested the LS7 intake they ran stock LS7 injectors. When they switched to the FAST they also switched the injectors to 60lbers.
WOW and I thought I was the only black sheep around here !!!!!!!!!!!!!
You got ***** to post it bro. Sponsor bashing is not permitted, ask me how I know.
Thanks, what would we all do without your valuable knowledge.
That thread in the corvette forums was inconclusive at best. I'm sticking with thiss thread as "The Best Real World Results to Date".
Ls1 design was basic, Then they did the ls6. TADA, THEEEN we started porting the ls6!
THEEEEN aftermarket companies made intakes and we ported those!!
All the while GM was (Im almost POSITIVE) scooping up these "Ported intakes" and studing them and figuring out what makes them tick .
Fast forward from the first ls style intake through 1o plus years and countless versions from GM and aftermarket pieces, Gm makes the ls7
The way i see it is how many times can you revise one single design (ls style intake) before it really cant get any better?

FI Doesn't count. But I challenge Allgn to put that 90mm back on with his current tune and see what happens.
