^ Ya im with him about figureing it out. Man all of our cars and most all cars have the exaust an inch or two away from the floor in places with no shielding..
4 things that pop in my head.
1 Timing is somehow way to high and exploding the fuel mixture after it enters the exaust
2 you have some sort of restriction like the cats are stopped up and your just build all the heat up before hand.
3 bent/burned exhaust valves.
4 Your running SO rich its burning the unburned fuel in the exhaust system
Again these are just examples.
