the car does need to be wired. i do have some of the harness'es for the car but they are cut up a bit. make an offer

What is the paint like, does it have a title?

In case I missed something, does the car come with the parts mentioned above and it just needs wiring, trans, engine and mis supporting parts?

 

yes the car has a clean title. the paint is maybe a 5-7. most of the cars paint is great but the front nose has spider cracks and a few spots on the car don't look right. your right it needs wiring motor and trans. it has everything thing listed above.
