i know the first numbers are lift the 2nd are intake and the 3rd are exhaust. i know 340-350cfm heads are great for ls1,ls2, and even ls3 blocks with 4.0" bore. i know 380cfm would be enough flow for and ls7 for great numbers.
i just don't understand what to look for or know what to go by as far as intake and exhaust in relation to the lift? can you guys shine some light for me please? i always research before askin questions but there is times when questions are need to be asked ya know. thanks fellas. judging by the cfm they're putting out for the money this is awesome.
what cam would be ideal for a nice midrange? an advanced cam with a few degrees? sorry for the write up guys

**Update : Just Changed out the PCM a few weeks after this run, from a 98 to a 02, Much better control over the WOT. After that upgrade she ran a 11.34 @ 120 3.90 with 28' tires.
The 98 PCM is what was throwing everything off.
