It was a long day.... I woke up in Chralotte Nc at 530am felw down got picked up at the airport at around 930am went right to the track and didnt leave till after midnight.
Stayed late to help my buddie figure out his N2o set up.
I was to tired today go back lol. Haven heard how it worked today yet.

well... Sundays are my only day off. I had to put off a lot of my cleaning/chores/etc to go out there, which I didn't really mind. Once out there, I could not believe how unorganized everything was. There were 45 minute (sometimes more) gaps between classes. I really couldn't stand the all spanish announcing during the import class. It was borderline racist if you ask me. I guess overall I just wasn't impressed. I had fun walking through the vendor area and talking with some vendors. That's about it!

i hear ya but those cars do need some maintanance after rounds and when it gets downtothe last few cars there will be some waiting its racing lol everwent to a top fuel event? after each TF run you usually have a 15 min to 1 hour wait lol

yea i do gatornationals every year... but at least they provide "entertainment" between runs. At the very least say "hey, racing will resume in XX minutes" so i can fill up on beer and not miss anything haha

last night they really had to take time between rounds becuase of the weather...it dropped like 15-20 degrees at around 5.30 6:00. makes alot of difference in the tuning of the cars...if the weather would have stayed generally the same they would have probably been quiker getting back to the lanes...however that mustang in the finals was badass 237mph in the semi final
