Default Looking for a new wide band, have some questions

I have what I guess was one of PLX's first wide bands. It was the 3" x 4" x 1" black box with the red LED readout on the front. Anyway, it decided to take a dump.
I need to replace it, but I would like a simple gauge that has a play back function. Like play back tachs do.

Is there anything on the market that fits this bill?

Hmmmm I don't know about playback function. You know I am pleased with my Innovate LC-1 and simple digital gauge. The hard part about playing back the O2 is you will not be able to tell what rpm and kPa you were at .

It would be useful for track use. After a 1/8 or 1/4 pass, I would be able to replay the run quickly and easily to see if the tune needs richening up or leaning out, especially if spraying.
I actually think I have found the the new FAST wideband has this capability as well as RPM.
But it is on the pricey side, still researching it though..

you can use the AFX with HP tuner pro and you can scan and record with analog out put for the drag race that what i do when i go to the track .

or you can go for devi gages that has recorder in it . but with out having a scanner to show you what RPM you at at deferent load you wont going to be able to adjust the tune .

Yeah, but he doesnt have HP Tuners. If he had a '99 or '00 I would be able to scan it and tune it.

I am going with the new FAST duel wideband with a RPM module. It has onboard datalogging capabilities and also can playback in vehicle with out laptop..

Yeah, I can scan it. But I can't tune it, and the '98 doesn't have as nice of a VE table, and I can't go with him every time he goes to the tarck to scan the car and try to convert the information into something you can use on LS1Edit.
I hope this wideband lasts longer than the last one. Maybe we can get the lean tip in problem knocked out when I am not on-call.
