I'm at about 400rwhp and I love my centerforce dual friction. It used to be a daily driver and it was fine.

I had a spec stage 3 and it crapped out on my 382 rwhp car never having run anything stickier than stock tires and stock rear end. I have since installed the LS7 and it takes everything I can throw at it without a chatter or unusual noise. I will be installing a 12-bolt and some drag radials and have no worries about the clutch at all.

With the Textralia not in there, I'd vote for the LS7 setup. Seems to be pretty friendly for cars that aren't running a huge amount of power, and it's pretty inexpensive.

I upgraded the slave cylinder when I went LS7, not sure if you have to or not, but that's what the shop did. I'm putting 382 to the wheels. The clutch has about 6000 miles on it and 12 or so track passes on it and it feels like it did brand new. It's never slipped, even the one time I launched on a set of ET Streets.

You've got a spec 3 on your list, but you may want to opt for a 3+ instead. It's a few bucks more, but well worth it.

I plan on giving the fidanza a try (same people who make the AL flywheels) ive had good customer service experiences with them in the past and want to see what their clutches are about.

My vote is the Centerforce Dual Friction. Plan to add one here in the next few weeks waiting on my flywheel to be shipped.

01 Z28 with lid/catback and 100 shot. I LOVE my ram powergrip HD, I have like 13000 miles on it 150+ 1/8 mile or more passes and I daily drive it 500-600 miles a week. It grabs right off the floor and chattered a little at first on the street... but at 3k when you let it out its as smooth as butter. will replace it with another when it goes... but I beat my car HARD and it has loved it, DR's too.

ls7 clutch is about 400$ and ls2/ls7 flywheel for less than 250$ from most places.

http://www.ls1speed.com/catagory.cfm...y=Transmission

actually here are exact prices

399.99 and 204.99... you really cant beat it and you know z06s are putting down 460rwhp stock with 20 or so less tq and i like the idea of having the stock feel and slip
