Merv has helped me out on the wiring. Mine should be fired up in the next week or so. I went with the LS1 Tubular K member in order solve the motor mount issue (I had one available, so it was easier).

-You will also have to change the throttle cable to a non-TC LS1 cable. They are like 19 bucks from a dealership.
-If you are going to a LS1 6-speed, you will also have to change the clutch hydrolics to match the tranny as well.
-Might look into the coolant hoses as well. If you have a donor car, just switch the radiator. If not, the LT1 radiator will work with different hoses.

In all honesty, I think there is a little more room in the LT1 engine bay vs. the LS1. With the tubular K-member, I we were about one primary off from puting the headers in from the top.
