HID's without projectors are hazardous.. and yes tend to piss people off. There's nothing ricer about having them. What he was referring to is that putting them in in your stock reflector housing is "rice." It's like slapping a wing on your car because it looks cool, and not understanding the potential benefits you could have if used properly.

All I was trying to do was persuade you to take the most beneficial and safest route of pursuing this upgrade. But if you're not concerned about any of that then at least aim your lights down low so they don't blind other drivers as bad. Read that thread that I posted a link to. Gives you all the info you need.
