VIR full course track times let's see em!
!
!I've bee there half a dozen times, but I'd still earning, doiing intermediate HPDE, in a street car (a big pig at that). I had a friend put a watch to me, at 2:28. I'm sure I'm better than that now. I finally got a cruise cam, so I will be able to time myself.
Going in July & looking forward to seeing what I can do. VIR is soooo much fun. The uphill Essess just suck you up and shoot you out, too much fun.

The car that won this event kicked everyone ***!!!! Viper ACR with a Professional driver ran a 3 lap average including a standing start of 6:10.9. So 2.03.5 average. I would say 2min flat or 1:59 without the standing start. Oh yeah STREET Tires too.
Second place car ran 3 laps at 6:24!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked around my other hangout and yes a vette on street tires can get to 2:10. With slick's there are naturally faster.

That is seriously hauling @ss. The NASA AIX and STU winners usually hover around 2:03 - 2:05. And they are very far from stock, and certainly not running street tires.
