ZL1 For Sale
Great looking car. The only downside is they are only taking offers over $140k! That's a little steep in today's market, even for a Phase III car. I do have a question about the striping on this car. Maybe someone knows the answer. If you look at the striping on the trunk of this car, it looks different from other ZL1's I've seen. I thought the stripe comes under the spoiler and ends at the trunk lid. Shouldn't the corners of the stripe be rounded? I also noticed that the white stripe continues to the spoiler braces. I've never seen this. Anyone else with a ZL1 could probably clarify this. I've attached two pics of other ZL1 cars and you can see the difference. Trending Topics

Thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to know if the cars came both ways. I couldn't tell from the photos that the stripes were painted on, but as you mentioned, I'm not sure why the bottom side of the spoiler along with the braces were painted. Do you know if this was done when the car was purchased, or after the fact? This has nothing to do with and is in no way meant to slander Stefano Bimbi and Nickey cars.

Posts: 60 Car looks amazing! I plan on doing one some day. My dream is to own a real one but $100,000+ is just way out of my budget. This way is the next best thing and you can drive it. All of the 2002 ZL1s also came with the hockey stripe, do you plan on adding it to the car? When i'm ready to do one it will be 1969 garnet red with the white manta and hockey stripes. I have a friend that owns a 2002 http://www.gmmginc.net/ Tom Henry camaro it's 1 of 1 painted 1969 (code 72) hugger orange.Thought I would be the first to clone a real one but you bet me to it, congrats. Post more pictures when you can.
