Question Year One Snowflake Wheels

Is anyone running the Year One billet Snowflake wheels they came out with for the Burt Reynolds Edition Trans Ams? They make them to fit 4th gens as well as 2nd.

This is about the only 4th gen image I've found. I'd like to see some better pics of how they look on late model cars. I'm thinking about the Snowflakes with gold accents for my NBM/tan TA.

Pretty sweet wheels as I saw them on the tribute T/A in HPP mag a few months ago. However, at prices ranging from $499 to $899 a rim they are a little steep for my taste.

I agree. A little too pricey for what you get. However, I have thought about getting them with a gunmetal flake instead of gold to go on my NBM ws6 with black interior.

If they made a 17x11 for the rear I would be more interested.

That looks like the same car in their ad, too. I've not seen any on customer cars, though. Yeah, they're pricey. That's why I want to see more pics before making a decision.

If anyone's looking for a custom size (17x9, etc.), call Year One. When ordering, they need the size, backspacing etc. that you require. I think these are made to order. That would explain the high prices.

-funny thing is, I did a search before posting, and found out how many Camaro wheels are called "snowflakes"

They've also come out with a 17x9 version of the cast Snowflake wheel.

It looks like it's only available in gunmetal, though. This is what I'd go with if it came in gold, like the 2nd gen versions do. I'd also really love it if they had a 17x9 and 17x11 setup so I could run 315's out back.

Only $189 each. Cheap compared to the billet wheels.

I think these look better than the billet wheels, personally.

If you think those are retarded expensive, check out Forgeline's version. And they can make them in whatever size/color combo if you ask them to.

wow back from the freaking dead! Anyway, this may help. You can nly get 17x9 and there is no lip or even offset options. Pretty crappy. If they had a lip i think they would sell a ton.
