With a stock bottom end? Engine won't last very long.

Why not? The new 3 valve has a lower compression ratio than our LS1's...with proper tuning I'm sure it can last a while.

I've heard 470 RWHP from that car at 7PSI, it sure beats the supercharger kits that are out there. I wonder how it spools??
I talked to STS and I guess they are working on a similar kit for the C5s too. The Mustang kit supposedly has been develop and is ready for production but I guess they are waiting as they talk with Ford? Brady said the Vette kit will come with an intercooler because the charge pipes will be hidding running up along the frame rails. STS is installing twins on a couple of ZO6s right now he said.

Are there plenty of tuning options for the new Mustangs? I hope so because STS kinda left the Dodge Ram guys in the dark with that kit.
As with any FI kits, tuning is where the HP is at. Without tuning capability it's kind of a waste.
Cool to see they are really attacking the market.

Unfortunately it didn't work well and all the people that bought the Ram kits had to fab up other devices to get their $5k worth. I felt really bad for them.
Thanks for the info.

Brady gave me this guy's info for when we were having problems with our install and he solved all of our Hemi headaches. Have your buddy call him:

The problem isn't the compression ratio. It's the weak rod's

There is enough much room next to a 05 mustang motor to do an incon style kit.
The rods are weak on them as well.
There are 2 tuning options for the 2005 mustangs as people have said.
The 3 valve heads respond well to boost, just tuning them correctly is hard due to the ETC setup.
